If it is finished living space — carpet or hard floor, a bathroom, a bedroom or a den people actually use — it is effectively another floor of the house and it goes in the quote. If it is unfinished storage, it is not part of a standard clean and we will not pretend otherwise.

Dunwoody families move their cleaning day around the school calendar more than anywhere else we serve — different weeks in summer, different day during exam season. We hold a standing slot and shift it when you ask rather than treating a change as a cancellation.
