Service Policy

Booking and confirmation

Request a quote online or by phone on (770) 524-1874. We reply with pricing and available time slots. Your booking is confirmed once the service agreement is signed, and you will receive confirmation and reminder messages before the appointment.

Access

You may be present during service or provide access instructions — gate codes, alarm codes, lockbox or key. Please tell us at booking about pets, allergies, or areas you would like left alone.

Move-in and move-out cleaning

The property must be completely empty of furniture and personal belongings before the crew arrives. This is not a preference: belongings block access to the surfaces this service exists to reach, and working around them causes delays and additional charges. Utilities — water and power — must be on for the appointment. We recommend scheduling after movers finish and before new occupants arrive.

First-time cleaning

First-time cleans are always performed at our Deep Clean rate. Recurring pricing begins from the second visit.

Payment

Residential service is due on completion, following the final walkthrough. Commercial accounts are invoiced on the terms set out in the service agreement. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, debit, Zelle and ACH bank transfer.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Recurring clients may skip or reschedule a visit without penalty. For cancellations, please give as much notice as you reasonably can so the slot can be reallocated. Specific notice requirements and any applicable late-cancellation fee are set out in your signed service agreement.

Satisfaction

If something is not right, tell us within 24 hours of the service and we will return to correct it at no charge.

What is not included

Our standard services exclude exterior windows above ground level, biohazard and hoarding remediation, pest control, mold remediation, and the moving of heavy furniture or appliances. Several of these can be arranged as specialty work — ask and we will tell you honestly whether it is something we do.

Commercial contracts

Commercial engagements begin with a free on-site walkthrough. Scope, frequency, supply responsibility, access and security procedures, and invoicing terms are documented in the service agreement before work begins.
